The primary objective of this project is to create a web portal which acts as a marketplace for two sets of users. 1. Hosts and 2. Attendees. The client aimed for a platform accessible to everyone, and whether they want to conduct peer-to-peer training or it involves a larger audience, with this objective in mind, he came up with the website’s unique characteristics that allow users to have more productive e-learning experiences. Clients wanted convenient access to both free and paid sessions.

The client faced several challenges because creating a live streaming platform requires a highlyskilled team with exceptional experience and expertise.. He met with numerous development firms locally in his city and state but some were way too expensive while others were not trustworthy or didn’t have the right skillset. He needed a long-term association and scalable solution and a partner who would build this product along with him rather than for him.

In order to bring this project to life, he knew he had to work with an expert team and needed a business analyst to understand and implement the concept into realit. It took many meetings to grasp the idea and chalk out the initial plan of actions and the tech stact that would be necessary for such a project..  The development of the critical features and their integration with the service fell under our team’s domain. Additionally, we worked to increase the system’s capability and incorporate new business logic in way that was flexible to his agile development methods

Due to the pandemic, practically the world was obliged to adopt remote working and learning arrangements, which require platforms to upgrade their skills and to attend virtual meetings and events.To create such a scalable platform, we confronted the following challenges:

The need for guidance even during the post project support phase is crucial with any substantial change to systems and processes. Our goal of the post-implementation phase is to maintain and improve the system in order to continue supporting the client and the user of the system.
