Kojyto
Education is an invaluable resource for overcoming obstacles in life, especially in the wake of the epidemic that transformed many aspects of life. We developed “Kojyto,” a fun learning platform for students, to help them to be in touch with their professors / teachers and uses latest technologies.
Kojyto creates a robust digital platform based on the most recent discoveries in cognitive science to assist students in learning and memorization. In order to help kids study more successfully and for longer periods of time outside of the classroom, an innovative solution is being proposed. All high school students, middle school students (grades 6 through 12), and educators are the target audience for Kojyto.

Intro

Client & Objective
The project’s main goal is to improve the students’ relationships with their professors. During COVID, we all had to deal with horrific situations, and students lost contact with their professors / teachers. As an upshot, our client proposed this project, on which we have emphasized memorizing and student performance.
Our client was very focused on the student and teacher relationship; therefore, The platform is designed to operate as a memory enhancer and to support the growth and maintenance of cognitive abilities. It is built on the four learning fundamentals: active commitment, attention, control over memorization, sleep, and commitment.
Problem Statement:
The client has encountered several challenges related to the work quality and the desired technology, as the app was created with the aim of memorization for every student. He was encouraged by several with higher quotations to develop it in French. He desired the project’s high quality and the ability of the team to put the plan into practice. Finally, after much deception and meetings, he got in touch with our team, to whom we made some recommendations and created this platform.
Challenges
Since the pandemic has significantly affected everyone’s life, the world needs to shift to a virtual learning environment to maximize productivity. Our team encountered some difficulties when building the framework for this website.

Server Setup
Building a server to manage such a large quantity of data, from which students may even compute their performance and their parents can view the reports, is the crucial problem. The teacher may submit videos for the students, and our team has designed a server to preserve the data on the platform accurately.

Security
The most important aspect of any platform is security; in this case, we need to safeguard the personal information of the teachers and students. Additionally, considering the payment system involved, the payment system needs to be secure and simple to use.
Maintaining real-time information and giving them suggestions and recommendations required a lot of research and brainstorming; we had several meetings with our team to make this project a success.

Teachers and students can both login using their identities on this website. A teacher can choose the class level and sign in with details.
Message
This feature allows the teacher to communicate with the students individually or in groups.
Award Section
You may view your awards in this section, and it encourages students to put in even more effort and raise their performance levels.
Question set
Teachers can create or upload the questions set based on the particular subjects and students can attempt the questions to excel in the subject in the quiz mode, through this teachers and a student can analyze their performance. It will help the student to work on the improvement area.
Quiz
A quiz is a unique technique to learn something new. The teacher can prepare a customized list of questions per the class and chapter so the students can take part and memorize them and practice them in the quiz mode.
Reports
Reports are more detailed insights of the student's improvement areas. The teacher can analyze where the student is facing trouble and the student as well can check their progress.
Cognitive Sc. Videos
Students can search the videos according to their preferences in this part and then watch them to learn. The videos are included here, along with their title and duration, videos are added by the Kojyto admin.
My Space
Students may use this to check the chapter, the class, and the registered classes. They can also use it to assess their performance.
