Build AI systems that reach production

We are a small, senior team across five countries, shipping AI, Salesforce and mobile work for clients and running two products of our own. If you like finishing things, read on.

  • 5 offices, 18+ time zones
  • Remote-friendly
  • Senior people, small teams
Who we look for

Four roles we hire for most often

We do not publish a list of open positions. We hire when a project needs someone, and we keep strong applications on file. These are the profiles we come back to again and again.

AI engineers

LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, agents and evaluation. Python or Node.js, comfortable with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini and open-weight models, and with pgvector or Milvus.

What the AI practice does

Salesforce developers

Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations, increasingly with Agentforce. You care about test coverage and release discipline as much as features.

What the Salesforce practice does

Mobile engineers

Swift, Kotlin or React Native. You have shipped apps that work offline, sync safely and survive app-store review. Eventify's apps are a good example of the bar.

See the Eventify platform

QA engineers

Test automation, exploratory testing and, increasingly, evaluation sets for AI features. You know that a conference floor is a harsher test than any staging server.

How we test AI features

We also hear from backend engineers (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Python), React developers, data engineers and project leads. If your experience fits the work on this site, write to us.

How we hire

Five steps, usually two to three weeks

  1. Apply by email

Send your CV or profile link and a short note about something you built. We reply to everyone.

  2. Intro call

Thirty minutes with a practice lead. We explain the work honestly and learn what you want next.

  3. Practical exercise

A scoped task close to real work, sized for a few hours. We care about judgement and clarity more than polish.

  4. Team conversation

You walk us through the exercise and meet the people you would work with. Ask us anything.

  5. Offer and onboarding

A written offer, then a first project with a named buddy and a real deliverable in your first month.

What we value

How the team actually works

  • Write it down first

Every feature starts with a short spec and a risk list. It is the cheapest place to find a mistake.

  • Finished means in production

Demos are not done. Deployed, monitored and measured is done. Our case studies are written that way.

  • Senior judgement, small teams

Two to six people per project, each able to talk to the client directly. No layers between you and the decision.

  • Security as a habit

Tenant scoping, least privilege and prompt-injection defence are everyday work, not a separate phase.

  • Say what broke

We talk openly about the check-in flow that queued to death and the matchmaking that favoured the famous. Fixes beat blame.

  • Fun is the fuel

A value since 2006. Teams that enjoy each other's company ship better software and stay longer.

Five offices, one working day that runs most of the way round the clock. Work hands over eastward to westward, which is how we run support and keep delivery moving.
Where we work

Five offices, remote-friendly

Teknowledge Software Limited is headquartered in the UK, with delivery teams in Australia, India, Sweden and South Korea. Most roles can be remote within the region of one office; some roles on the Eventify team involve on-site work at events.

London, UK

Headquarters. Client leadership, AI practice, Salesforce practice.

Kolkata, India

Largest engineering centre. Mobile, backend, AI and QA.

Sydney, Australia

Client delivery and product work for the Asia-Pacific region.

Stockholm & Seoul

Nordic and Korean client delivery, with engineering across time zones.

How to apply

One email is enough

Send to [email protected]

Subject line: Careers — [Role] — [Your name], for example "Careers — AI engineer — A. Example". Attach a CV or link to your profile, add two or three sentences about something you built and what you learned from it, and say where you are based and when you could start. A code repository or portfolio link is welcome but not required.

We reply to every application. If there is no matching project right now, we will say so and, with your permission, keep your details on file for up to twelve months. Applicant data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Teksmobile is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire on judgement, craft and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues, regardless of background. If you need adjustments to any part of the process, tell us and we will make them.

Curious what the work is like before you write? Read our story since 2006, the engagement models clients choose from, and a case study written by the engineers who built it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you hire remotely?

Yes. Most roles can be remote within the region of one of our five offices, with occasional travel for workshops. Some Eventify roles involve on-site work at events. Tell us where you are based and we will say what is possible.

Do you sponsor visas or relocation?

It depends on the role and the country. We do not promise sponsorship in advance; raise it in your first email and we will give you a straight answer before anyone spends time on interviews.

Do you hire people early in their career?

Our teams are deliberately small and senior, so most openings ask for several years of shipping experience. We do take on strong early-career engineers when a project has room for mentoring, so it is still worth writing.

What is the practical exercise like?

A scoped task close to real work: a small retrieval pipeline with an evaluation set, a Salesforce trigger with tests, a mobile screen with offline state, or a test plan for an event-day feature. It is designed to take a few hours, not a weekend, and we discuss it with you afterwards.
