Event Technology

Event technology that works on the day

Registration, check-in, badges, apps, networking, lead capture and analytics, built on our own Eventify platform or from scratch. With an AI layer attendees actually use.

  • Our own white-label platform
  • Native iOS, Android and web
  • Offline-tolerant check-in
  • Since 2006, five offices

Who this is for

Organisers who are tired of stitching five vendors together

Most event teams run registration in one tool, the app in another, badges through a third and leads through a spreadsheet. The joins are where things break at 8am on day one.

Conference and exhibition organisers

You run several events a year and need one platform you can configure yourself, then hand to on-site staff with confidence.

Agencies, venues and associations

You deliver events for other brands and want a white-label platform under your name, with vanity domains and your own app store listings.

Product teams with an event roadmap

You are building an event product or an internal events system. You need engineers who have already solved check-in at scale, offline sync and multi-tenant push.

What we deliver

Ten services, one attendee record

Each service stands alone, but they share one data model. A registration becomes a badge, a badge becomes a scan and a scan becomes a report, with no CSV juggling.

Decide

Buy Eventify, extend it, or build custom?

We sell all three, so we have no reason to push you towards the wrong one. Use this table in your first planning meeting.

Rule of thumb

If more than a third of your requirements are not on the Eventify feature list, scope a custom build. If it is one or two, extend. Otherwise configure and spend the budget on marketing the event.

How we work

From event audit to doors open

  1. Audit

We map your event formats, attendee volumes, peak check-in windows and every system that holds attendee data.

  2. Decide

Configure, extend or build. You get a written scope, a timeline with ranges and a fixed price where the scope allows it.

  3. Build & integrate

Platform configuration, custom modules, CRM and payment integrations, app store submissions under your accounts.

  4. Rehearse

A full dry run with real badges, real printers and a load test at your expected peak. Nothing is tested for the first time on the day.

  5. Run & review

Named engineer on call through the event, then a post-event report and a list of what to change before the next one.

Why Teksmobile

We run an event platform, we do not just build them

  • Day-of experience

Eventify has taught us what breaks under a real opening rush: scanner queues, duplicate scans, printers dropping off the network. The fixes are built in, not bolted on.

  • Native mobile since 2006

Swift and Kotlin apps, not wrappers, with 1500+ apps delivered. A scanner that stutters loses contracts, so we do not compromise on it.

  • An AI practice next door

Matchmaking, speech-to-text and support bots come from the same team that delivers our AI consulting and implementation work, with the same security review.

  • Five offices, 18+ time zones

Events happen at weekends and overnight for someone on the team. Teams in the UK, Australia, India, Sweden and South Korea mean support follows your event clock.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to use Eventify to work with you?

No. Eventify is our own platform and the fastest route to a live event. We also build custom event software from scratch and integrate other registration or CRM systems. The white-label platform page explains what is configurable and what we build.

How far ahead of the event should we start?

Configuring Eventify for a standard conference takes one to two weeks. Custom modules take four to ten weeks, and a ground-up platform three to nine months. Start as soon as your dates are fixed so registration opens early and the app has time for store review.

Can you integrate with our existing CRM or registration system?

Yes. We regularly push registrants and exhibitor leads into Salesforce, HubSpot and marketing automation tools. We can also pull registrations from an existing system into check-in and badging. See Salesforce integrations for how we do it.

Do you provide support on the event days?

Yes. Every engagement includes a rehearsal before doors open and a named engineer on call during the event. On-site presence for check-in and badge printing can be scoped for larger events.

What size of event can the platform handle?

Eventify runs events from a few hundred attendees to tens of thousands, with check-in built to survive the opening rush. For custom builds we load-test against your expected peak before launch.

Where is attendee data hosted and is it GDPR compliant?

Attendee data is held in a tenant-isolated database with consent captured at registration, retention rules per event and export or deletion on request. Dedicated hosting in a region of your choice is available for custom builds. Read more on AI and data privacy.
