Who this is for

Three people care about the same scan

Exhibitors

Want every conversation captured with enough context to follow up, and want it in their CRM before the plane lands.

Organisers

Want a product to sell in the sponsorship pack and the scan counts that prove the show delivered.

Attendees

Want to know what they shared and with whom, and want the option to say no at the stand.

Qualification

A scan is a name; qualification is a lead

Most lead retrieval tools stop at the scan. Sales teams then spend a week guessing which of four hundred names were real conversations. We make capture at the stand fast enough that staff actually do it.

  • One-tap rating and tags, configured per exhibitor before the show.
  • Voice note after the conversation, transcribed and summarised into the lead record.
  • Custom questions such as budget, timeline and product interest, with skip logic.
  • AI-suggested lead score and a draft follow-up email, reviewed by the rep before sending.
  • Duplicate detection when the same attendee is scanned twice by different staff.
For organisers: a product in the sponsorship pack

Lead retrieval is sold per exhibitor or bundled into tiers. The organiser dashboard shows scans per stand, which is the evidence exhibitors ask for at renewal. It also feeds event analytics with booth traffic by hour, so you can price floor space from data.

Process

From sponsorship pack to synced CRM

  1. Define

Shareable fields, consent wording at registration, licence model and the qualification questions exhibitors can set.

  2. Configure or build

Exhibitor accounts, licences, app branding, exports and any CRM integration the organiser or key exhibitors need.

  3. Onboard exhibitors

Self-service set-up guide, a short video and a test badge so stand staff practise before doors open.

  4. Run

Support desk for exhibitors on site, licence top-ups and dashboard monitoring for scan problems.

  5. Report

Final exports, scans per stand for the organiser, and a renewal-ready summary per exhibitor.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does lead retrieval work for an exhibitor?

Exhibitor staff log into the scanning app with a licence for their stand and scan the QR on an attendee's badge. They add a rating, tags and notes, and the lead appears on their dashboard. At the end of the show they export to CSV or push straight to their CRM.

What data does the exhibitor receive?

The fields the attendee consented to share at registration, typically name, company, job title, email and country, plus whatever the exhibitor captured at the stand. Organisers decide the shareable fields per event, and attendees can opt out of scanning.

Does scanning work in halls without signal?

Yes. Scans are stored on the device with the attendee's badge ID and timestamp, and resolved against the attendee record when the connection returns. Qualification notes are never lost.

Can leads go directly into Salesforce or HubSpot?

Yes. We map lead fields to your CRM objects, de-duplicate against existing contacts and tag the campaign, so follow-up can start the same day. The Salesforce integrations page describes the approach.

Can we sell lead retrieval to exhibitors?

Yes. Licences are sold per exhibitor or per device, bundled into sponsorship tiers or offered on a per-show basis. The organiser dashboard shows scans per exhibitor, which doubles as evidence of value at renewal time.
